Cooleo Pre-Insulated Copper makes easy work of installing long pipe runs on VRV and VRF systems considerably reducing installation time therefore reducing labour costs. It's durable and tough insulation covering and quality copper coil pipe can be cut to any length, simply re-cap the pipe ends reuse the remainder of the coil on your next installation. It is easy to join simply hold back the insulation make your braze joint and glue or tape the insulation as you would with any industry-standard insulation.
Cooleo Pre-Insulated Copper is easily bent using the Castel Airco Line Set Benders these 4m long solid plastic benders are inserted into each pipe to allow you to make your bends then easily withdrawn (see video) supplied separately under FSW Part Code EZB LINE SET
